Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of the order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping methods and costs
- Domestic (US) — standard shipping 3–7 business days; expedited options shown at checkout. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
- International — where offered on a given product, availability and delivery estimates are shown at checkout, and the recipient is responsible for import duties and taxes.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or an order arrives with items missing, contact contact@byonixia.com with your order number. For packages marked delivered but not received, we will open a carrier investigation and work with you on a replacement or refund.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in unused, resalable condition with original packaging.
- To start a return, email contact@byonixia.com with your order number. We will send return instructions and the return address — do not ship items back without them.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, where we cover it.
- Non-returnable: perishable goods, personalized items, and items marked final sale at purchase, unless defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a return, we approve or decline the refund within 5 business days and notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
Exchanges and damaged items
For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email contact@byonixia.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at your choice — no return required unless we ask for the item back at our cost.
